Instruction to be followed during Orthodontic Treatments
Avoid eating sticky stuff during treatment like Chocolates, Chewing Gums etc.
Avoid taking hard stuffs, nonveg food and cripsy food while treatment.
Make the fruits and hard vegetables cut in pieces while eating and chew by back teeth region of Jaw.
Proper brushing and rinsing mouth by mouthwash is compulsory
“Retainers” after removal of braces is compulsory to wear for 4-5 months so that treatment cannot relapse. |
